Northeast Community College in O’Neill will offer a class later next month that constructs muscle, manages middles and builds endurance from head to toe.
Participants can choose from two sessions for Core Construction. The first option (HPER 5135/17S & CRN #70066) meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 10-February 9, from 12:00-12:25 p.m. The second option (HPER 5135/17S & CRN #70067) will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 10-February 9, from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Both classes meet in Room 131 of the Northeast O’Neill campus, 505 East Highway 20.
In this class, participants will strengthen their abdominal and back muscles with core enhancing Pilates exercises and strength building yoga poses. Regardless of fitness level, participants will improve their flexibility and balances. Each class session will end with a total body stretch and relaxation as well.
Cost of the class, with Jodi Loecker the instructor, is $75.
