Funeral Services For Marde Pribil

A Mass of Christian Burial for Marde Pribil, age 51, of Omaha, formerly of O’Neill, will be at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, April 25, 2015 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in O’Neill, with burial in the O’Neill Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, April 24, 2015, from 5-8 P.M., with a 7:00 P.M. Rosary at Biglin’s Mortuary in O’Neill. Marde passed away Tuesday afternoon, April 21, 2015, at West Holt Memorial Hospital in Atkinson, NE. Memorials may be made to St. Patrick’s Church for Masses.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, LaVonne and Ray Lewis of O’Neill, NE, 2 sisters and 2 brothers; Luanne Funk of Pine Ridge, SD, Jerome Pribil, of Gordon, NE, Linda Pribil of Allen, TX, and Mark Pribil and wife Denise, of O’Neill, NE, and many nieces and nephews.

Marde was born on August 17, 1963 in Atkinson, NE, to Lawrence and LaVonne (Reick) Pribil. She graduated from O’Neill Public High School, then attended Wayne State College earning a 4 year degree in Business Administration. She was a Sales Representative for Medical Supplies. She was also a Sales Representative for Larson Juhl Company picture frames. Marde helped with fundraising for The University of Nebraska Athletic Department. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in O’Neill, and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at Boy’s Town.

She is preceded in death by her father, one brother, Gregory, one sister Mary Lynne, and her grandparents.

Fr. James Netusil will officiate.
