Funeral Services For Joyce Howard

Funeral Services for Joyce Howard, age 85, of O’Neill, will be at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Biglin’s Mortuary in O’Neill.  Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Chambers Cemetery.  Joyce passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017, at the O’Neill Care and Rehabilitation Center in O’Neill.  Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.  Biglin’s Mortuary in O’Neill is in charge of arrangements.
