CWC Tops St. Mary's In All-Holt Co. Match Up For Finals Shot

In an all-Holt County showdown with a trip to the Niobrara Valley Conference finals on the line, Chambers/Wheeler Central was able to top St. Mary's in a tightly contested three sets to move on.

The Renegades were led by senior Jacie Laetsch's 22 kills. She also recorded three aces, five blocks and four digs on the night. 

Fellow senior Regan Dierks put down 12 kills of her own and recorded three blocks.

The win sends the Renegades to the conference final Friday night in Niobrara against North Central. The Cardinals will take on Elgin Public/Pope John in the consolation game that same night.
