Meteorologists are expecting possible blizzard conditions early next week for Groundhog's Day.
Snow is predicted to begin falling Tuesday morning and will give way to snow showers in the afternoon with a high around 25 degrees. The chance of snow is 80% and 1-3 inches of snow is expected in the area.
Winds will be out of the north at 25 to 35 mph, occasionally gusting over 40 mph.
Tuesday night winds will continue out of the North/Northwest at 20-30 mph. Cloudy skies will become partly cloudy overnight with a low around 15 degrees. The chance of snow drops to 20%.
