Cindy Kubik Receives Shining Star Award

One of West Holt Medical Services’ greatest assets is the quality and dedication of our employees. With that in mind, a Shining Star Award is presented to an employee to recognize and acknowledge their outstanding contributions to West Holt Medical Services. 

West Holt Medical Services is pleased to announce that Cindy Kubik, Accounts Payable/Compliance, has been selected as the August Shining Star Award recipient. Ms. Kubik works in the hospital and has been with West Holt Medical Services for 41 years. 

An anonymous employee at West Holt Medical Services nominated Kubik and shared, “Cindy is such an active volunteer for WHMS most recently with the Relay for Life “Drive Thru Breakfast”. We have an awesome team at West Holt, but Cindy always goes above and beyond doing it with a smile on her face and a great attitude! Cindy is a perfect example of how to be a team player and just make it happen. She has such creative ideas and is always ready to lighten the work load and make the experience fun.” 

Shining Star recipients are selected monthly and any employee can nominate a fellow employee for the Shining Star Award. Nominations are reviewed by a Selection Committee comprised of employees from various departments throughout West Holt Medical Services.
