Atkinson Hay Days had dozens of activities and even more volunteers to keep things running smoothly.
New doctor Jarrod Wiegman got to know the community more by serving meals at the barbecue.
Dr. Wiegman comes to West Holt Medical Services from the Floyd Family Medicine Residency program as a faculty member in Rome, Georgia. He provided primary care to patients at Floyd Medical Center and the Family Medicine Residency Center and trained recently graduated physicians.
He has been providing primary care for the whole family and treating a broad range of conditions since 2005. He has also served as the Co-Director of Services for Hospice of Southwest Georgia.
Dr. Wiegman will begin to see patients at West Holt Medical Clinic on October 1, 2016. He is married to Katherine Wiegman, M.D., a family physician, who will be starting her practice at West Holt Medical Clinic on December 1, 2016.
